Custom web applications
A web application is software people use through a browser: a staff dashboard, customer portal or a complete business workflow. The starting point is the task and the people using it, rather than a long list of screens.
The work can cover requirements, interface development, records and permissions, useful outputs, and checks against the agreed workflow. Explore web application development for the process and examples.
Business management tools
School attendance and fees, restaurant ordering, and retail invoices are different problems. Each needs a clear sequence from an action to a usable record or document. My existing projects make those differences concrete.
- ScholarFlow — school attendance, fee management and report-card workflows.
- DinePulse — restaurant ordering, POS and kitchen operations.
- Shop Invoices — retail billing and receipt preparation.
- ResultApp — results and report-card preparation.
A custom system should fit the school, shop or team using it. We define record ownership, access, corrections, export and recovery before treating the interface as complete.
Technical SEO, AEO and GEO
Search work starts with a public website that people and search systems can access and understand. I review technical access, canonical URLs, page purpose, service information, useful answers and the links between related material.
AEO and GEO are used as shorthand for answer-focused content and visibility in generated responses. The work is concrete: improve the material and measure the relevant observations. It does not provide control over a search engine’s selection. See search services and deliverables.
Android: a growing focus
Android is an expanding part of my practice. A suitable brief identifies the mobile user, the repeated task, device requirements and what happens when connectivity changes. We also check whether a responsive web application would address the need.
The web applications in this portfolio are documented as web projects. Scope and delivery expectations for a native Android project are discussed explicitly, without presenting those web interfaces as completed native deployments. Compare web apps and Android apps.
How a project starts
- Understand the current process or website and the people who use it.
- Agree on the first useful outcome, the essential scope and the evidence of completion.
- Review working versions and test the important success and failure cases.
- Plan deployment, ownership, ongoing support and the next changes separately.
A useful first message includes the business problem, a current URL if relevant, sample forms or records, and any timing or device constraints. Send a project enquiry.
Service questions
How do we collaborate?
I collaborate online. The project discussion establishes the business context and how the work will be delivered.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. Start with the current URL and the specific usability, development or search issue. The review determines whether targeted changes or a rebuild are appropriate.
What does a project cost and how long does it take?
The estimate depends on the agreed workflow, data, integrations and review requirements. Scope and delivery expectations are discussed after reviewing those needs.
Will you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No. I can define the work and how it will be checked. Search engines and answer services control their own indexing and selection.
